Mark, I just finished reading *Back of the Napkin.^ As a 'Black Pen' type, I couldn't wait to dive into it. I found the questions on the step-by-step visual thinking process (pp. 39-43) to be very helpful. There is no new information here, but the questions help me organize a checklist that can serve as a touchstone. The surprise was that Dan Roam gave permission to spread out. Thank God. The question is always, 'How do you organize your information so you can find it easily?' I don't have a problem with this AFTER the project is finished, but what about DURING the project? I'm even rethinking whether I should downsize to a smaller home. I would be interested in any other reading material that helps with the analytical process that you have to recommend.
